As a result of her parents volunteering as foster carers, Louisa is a passionate supporter for a bette future for foster children. Louisa has, from an early age, been involved in the care of 20 foster children and is an accredited foster carer herself. Having worked as a netball coach, at an afterschool care, mentoring high school students from low socioeconomic areas and university students and as a volunteer at Make-A-Wish Australia, Louisa has worked extensively with children from disadvantaged backgrounds. A committed and dedicated worker, Louisa also has been heavily involved in committees and in event management with Make-A-Wish Australia, Strathcona Baptist Girls Grammar School and Monash University.
